This song is depicting the very moment when Adam and Eve are leaving Eden. I suppose "you" are Adam (or Adam and Eve, in some cases). And we, all mankind, have to go with him.
I also think the answer to a question "who was your really cared?" asked to Adam is Eve, the answer to "who was open-minded?" is Adam. I think God at least in Genesis cannot be said "open-minded". God didn't tell the truth Adam and Eve started to own smartness when they eat the forbidden fruit. And it is "a truth modified for you (Adam and Eve)" and I understand we can obtain the real truth (this is "And we just can buy it" mean)
And the title "Last Look at Eden" and lyrics makes me recall The Final Countdown. Imagine if eden means earth. We are leaving together.
The Final Countdown partly relieve the fear of the end of the world and the judgement day, I suppose, and now Last Look at Eden partly water down our guilty feeling on the original sin.
Both music and images of Last Look at Eden are very dramatical and especially the former half of the video well expresses a tragic and shocking atmosphere shadowed by lyrics. But it goes a little bit optimistic in later half. Anyway I suppose every dramatical expressions of music, video and Joey's performance is suitable for the lyrics.

このラスト・ルック・アト・エデンのタイトルと歌詞には、The Final Countdown を思い起こさせるものがあります。地球が楽園であるエデンの園と重なるからです。また、The Final Countdown の歌詞にある通り、We are leaving together...皆一緒にそこから離れて行くと言うことも示唆していると思います。
