著作権について Copyright matters

I recently changed the explanation of this blog shown at the  top of this page.  Please read it before you read articles written here.  A new thing written there is something about copyrights.  I put images or videos of Europe and other musicians only which are considered to be allowed to put on web pages.  And copyrights of anything written here both in English or Japanese letters are reserved by at least Japan's laws and regulations because I currently live in Japan and, according to Japanese government and police, laws on copyrights written in Japanese laws shall be also valid to those who live outside Japan.

以前このブログにお越し下さった方も初めての方も、記事を読む前に、このページの一番上に有るブログの説明を読んで下さい。最近、その部分を改変して著作権に関する事を掲載しました。このブログを書いている時点で、私は日本国内に住んでいるので、私がウェブ上に書く事柄は日本の法律の著作権に関する条項が適応されます。それによると、このブログに私が書く内容は日本語も英語も含めて著作権は私に帰属します。

また、日本の著作権に関する法律は、日本国外に居住している人にも適応され、刑事罰と損害賠償の対象となります。

尚、Europe その他のミュージシャンの画像に関しては、ここに掲載する物は、ミュージシャン本人（本人達）が著作権または肖像権を放棄しているか、ウェブ上での使用を許諾しているとみられるものだけです。
